Meet Our Team

Steve Norton (General Manager)

Steve Norton settled in Queenstown 28 years ago, originally attracted by the white water kayaking and skiing but stayed for the beauty and diversity of the town. He established New Zealand’s biggest paragliding school and flew tandem paragliders for over 12 years. Steve has also established and owned a restaurant and managed bus and gas

Lisa Cooper (Operations Manager)

Lisa was born in Queenstown and spent her early childhood here. Some would say this town never leaves the blood and Lisa returned to settle here 25 years ago. She has always enjoyed the outdoors and keeping fit through running, cycling and skiing. Lisa and her partner Steve Norton are well settled in Queenstown and

Hamish Fleming

Originally from the North Island of New Zealand, Hamish has been living down south for the last 7 years. On completing his degree at Otago University he moved to Wanaka to pursue his passion for multi sport racing. After 3 years of elite racing, both in New Zealand and overseas, Hamish made the move to

Louise (aka Winnie)

Born and bred in the UK, Louise moved to New Zealand for the summer of 2017 after finishing a degree in human geography and quickly being bored of her office job in London.  Ready for adventure, her first escapade onto the mechanical bull in Cowboys resulted in a fractured vertebra.  However, that didn’t stop her

Hywel

Hywel, originally from Wales, made the move to New Zealand 8 years ago because of his enthusiasm for exploring the great outdoors. Queenstown was the natural place to settle with easy access to the wilderness and adventures right on the doorstep. When not at work, Hywel can be found running over hilly trails or hiking

Izzy

Izzy was born and raised in Queenstown, with that naturally came a love for the mountains and the outdoors. She worked for AJ Hackett Bungy for 3 years before moving to Christchurch to study Business Management, soon after returning to Queenstown to throw people on bikes instead of off bridges.

Josh

Josh has joined us for his first summer in 5 years! He usually chases the winter snow but he’s now discovered that downhill on 2 wheels is just as fun as on 2 skis.
