What Happens If The Weather Changes?
If the weather changes you can give us a call and we can go from there.
We have a number of different rides and customers on the trail at any given time so we will see where we can fit you in depending on how bad the weather is.
What Happens If I Have A Mechanical?
If you have an issue on the trail with your bikes its best to give us a call. We are normally within 5-10 minutes of you on most parts of the trail. We can talk you through issues over the phone otherwise we will bring a new bike to you asap!
Are e-bikes available?
Yes! E-Bikes are recommended for these rides, they make it much more enjoyable.
