We turn-over our fleet of E-bikes and bikes regularly to keep them up-to-date and in the best possible condition for our customers. This provides an opportunity for you to purchase an ex-rental through us.
As a bike-hire operator, we maintain our bikes very well, and all bikes that we sell are carefully serviced before we part with them.

Do these bikes come with a supplier warranty?
No. Since these bikes have been used in our rental fleet, they are out of their supplier warranty.
How many KM's have these bikes done?
All bikes are sold at around the 5000km mark. This will vary from bike to bike, but at 5000 km’s these bikes still have heaps of life. Drive trains are all checked and running gear replaced as needed before sale.
What range will I get out of the battery?
Eco Mode: 70 – 75 km
Trail Mode: 55 – 60 km
Boost Mode: 35 -40 km
Note: Battery life: *1000 cycles * After 1,000 cycles full charging is still more than 300Wh=60% (Reference)
Can I get a new battery down the track?
Yes. These batteries are readily available. New they are around $1200 new! This puts into perspective the deal you are getting on these second hand bikes.

Can you send this bike to me?
Yes. We ship bikes NZ wide for an additional $100. This fee covers shipping costs and the time to package the bike safely.
Courier times have been slow and sometimes unpredictable post Covid, but you should expect delivery within 2 weeks.
